These recipes are enough for a whole ice-cream party.
Hot Fudge Sauce
1 12oz bag of chocolate chips (melted)
1 C of sugar
1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 C light corn syrup
1/2 C cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 tablespoons of butter
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Bring melted chocolate, sugar, heavy cream, corn syrup, cocoa powder, salt and butter to a low boil until all ingredients are well blended and dissolved. Remove from the heat and add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk.
Carmel Sauce
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a low boil until all sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and add vanilla and sweetened condensed milk.
